At The Catholic Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of faith-inspired goods. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or your exchange item will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
